Our Covenant
Being led by the Holy Spirit, we do covenant together in church fellowship to serve the Lord and strive to build each other up in the most holy faith, taking the Holy Scriptures as our only rule of faith and practice, believing private interpretation is the right and privilege of all. This we hold to mean the right and privilege to obey it.
Our Mission
It will be the mission of Delevan Baptist Church to Glorify God by bringing people to Jesus and Commitment in His Church, developing them to Christ-Like Christians, and equipping them for their Caring in the Church and life Calling in the world.
Our Message
We teach that salvation is Gods free gift which we do not deserve, nor can we earn. Jesus taught that salvation is through faith in Him alone. He said,
No man cometh unto the Father, but by Me (John 14:6)
